We do not accept returns of any merchandise that has been visibly used or damaged. Gift cards, discounted items, custom items, and promotional items are not returnable or refundable.
Return Process

Our team will review your request within 24 hours and provide a return address. Please package the product securely and return it to the return address we provide. Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless the product is defective. Once we receive and inspect your return product, we will process your refund within 7 business days and refund the amount to your original payment method.
Exchange Policy
